John Lentine personally escorted his client, Richard Shahan, from the Jefferson County Jail on Friday. Dozens of media outlets had descended on the Jefferson County Jail for an opportunity to film Mr. Shahan’s release on his constitutionally protected right to pretrial bail. Mr. Lentine assisted Mr. Shahan in returning home safely where Mr. Shahan will remain as he awaits his Preliminary Hearing.
