Partner John Lentine applied his client for Youthful Offender status on February 7th. Youthful Offender is a status that may be granted to defendants under the age of 21 at the time of their alleged offense and if granted the client will be adjudicated a Youthful Offender rather than guilty of the alleged offense. Over 20 character letters were given on behalf of the client in this Capital Murder case.
